Shipping Policy

Most apparel and accessories are made to order and are processed and fulfilled within 3–7 business days before shipping. Our home-crafted KILO Essentials items (Battle Spray, soap, beard oil, car scents, room & linen spray) and the KILO "Tagged" necklace ship from our own stock in Belleview, FL, typically within 1–3 business days.

Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders (5–10 business days). Need it faster? Expedited shipping (2–5 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Shipping Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

International Shipping: We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability may vary by product.
